Sheepshead for iOS is a card game provided by Virtu Services LLC. No account is required. Gameplay and computer opponents run on your device. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Your chosen player name is used during your current session. Your chip balance, delivered purchase identifiers, and sound preference are saved on your device. Normal gameplay does not upload them. Deleting the app removes its local data; completed consumable chip purchases cannot be restored like a subscription or non-consumable purchase.
Optional “Buy me a beer” chip packs are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment details. We only learn that a consumable purchase succeeded so we can credit chips.
In build 9 and later, tapping Report a problem opens a preview. Only after you choose Send Report does the app send the displayed recent gameplay log, timestamps, app version, general device model, and operating-system version to Virtu Services through Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). These reports help diagnose gameplay and app problems. Your chosen player name is excluded. There is no account ID, advertising ID, or persistent device identifier in the report. Google processes the report as our hosting service provider; we do not provide reports to advertisers. Earlier builds sent reports immediately when the report button was tapped, and their logs could include your chosen player name.
Sending a report is optional. You can cancel before sending and continue playing. Reports do not expire automatically; they remain in the diagnostic database until manually deleted. To request deletion, email contact@virtu-services.us with the report reference shown after sending, or the approximate date and time, app version, and device model for an older report. Do not send payment details. Previously submitted reports are not removed when you delete the app.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond. You can request deletion of that correspondence using the same address. Apple handles payment and account information under its own privacy policy.
The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and it does not use advertising identifiers.
